Small Scale Test Case
This is the download page for the small scale test case. The computer
implementation of the test system is available as Modelica code as well as
SIMULINK SimStruc compiled under MatlabR12p5 (version 6.5). Documentation
of the Modelica source is available here

best tool available to develop and simulate models written in Modelica can be
